Mada Media Awards Al Fardan Exchange Dubai Metro Naming Rights

Mada Media hosts first official ceremony at Al Khail Station, granting naming rights to Al Fardan Exchange for the Red Line stop, enhancing brand visibility amid RTA partnerships.

Mada Media has organized the inaugural official ceremony to award naming rights for a Dubai Metro station to Al Fardan Exchange, rebranding Al Khail Station on the Red Line as Al Fardan Exchange Metro Station. Held directly at the station, the event marked a milestone in public-private collaborations, blending national brands into Dubai’s essential transit infrastructure.

Key attendees included Abdul Mohsen Ibrahim Kalbat, CEO of RTA’s Rail Agency; Mansour Al Sabahi, CEO of Mada Media; Hassan Fardan Al Fardan, CEO of Al Fardan Exchange; and Habib Wehbi, Chairman of W Group Holding, which facilitated investor attraction via Hypermedia. Kalbat praised the partnership as a model for long-term economic ties, highlighting Al Fardan Group’s prominence in UAE finance.

Al Sabahi emphasized the platform’s value, offering brands exposure to millions through signage, apps, audio announcements, and digital screens, generating 62 million views last year alone. Hassan Fardan Al Fardan expressed pride in integrating with the daily commute of millions, aligning the financial firm’s heritage with Dubai’s mobility innovation. Wehbi noted the ceremony’s symbolism in embedding brands into urban life.

The renaming updates all wayfinding, from road signs to onboard systems, boosting visibility for Al Fardan Exchange’s services. This kicks off a series of similar events, as Mada Media invites more investors to leverage Dubai Metro’s reach for sustained growth.
