FP7 McCANN Elevates Cynthia Sarkis to MENAT Creative Hub Lead

FP7 McCANN MENAT promotes Cynthia Sarkis to Regional Head of Creative Hub, overseeing Dubai, Saudi, and Qatar operations for faster, more integrated campaign delivery.

FP7 McCANN MENAT has elevated Cynthia Sarkis to Regional Head of Creative Hub, expanding her oversight to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar hubs for seamless cross-market campaign delivery. In this role, she will refine systems, workflows, and coordination to ensure creative output aligns with client goals while accelerating speed to market without sacrificing quality.

Sarkis, with 12 years in advertising, has managed operations for over 40 brands, including Mastercard, L’Oréal Paris, and McDonald’s at FP7 McCANN, optimizing collaboration across creative, strategy, account, and production teams. Her early career in Lebanon featured work on Visa, Rolex, Cadillac, Red Bull, and NIVEA campaigns, building a foundation in high-stakes, multi-market execution.

CEO Tarek Miknas praised her impact: “Cynthia drives the operating rhythm that connects hubs and delivers consistent, performance-focused work at pace.” Sarkis views operations as an enabler: “Clearer processes and coordination let teams focus on bold ideas, turning ambition into measurable results across markets.”

The promotion fits FP7 McCANN’s leadership refresh, including Nick Salter as Regional Head of Strategy, Ibrahim Hasan as Regional Head of Social, Saadi Alkouatli as Saudi Executive Creative Director, and Rawad Eldahouk as Saudi Head of Strategy. These changes aim to sharpen integration as clients scale regionally, leveraging the agency’s top rankings like UAE’s No.1 at Cannes Lions 2025.

Founded in Beirut in 1968 and part of Omnicom’s MCN, FP7 McCANN operates 14 offices across MENAT, blending creative excellence with commercial insight.
