Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has approved the appointment of Mohamed Rashid bin Taliah as Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Government Knowledge Exchange. The move recognizes his pivotal contributions to elevating UAE government services to global standards.
Mohamed Rashid bin Taliah previously led Government Services at the UAE Government, directing nationwide improvements in service delivery and supporting the ambition to rank among the world’s best. He spearheaded landmark programs including the UAE Programme for Government Service Excellence, Global Star Rating System for Services, Mystery Shopper initiative, and Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, streamlining operations and boosting user satisfaction.
Educated with an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master’s in Project Management from The British University in Dubai, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Khalifa University, bin Taliah blends technical prowess with leadership acumen.
The role emphasizes knowledge exchange to foster best practices across entities, accelerating innovation and efficiency in line with UAE’s government excellence vision.
