Censys has appointed Lalla Meriam Touhami El Ouazzani as Vice President for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region to spearhead its growth strategy.
Based in Dubai, she will oversee revenue expansion, forge strategic partnerships with channels, MSSPs, and hyperscalers, and position Censys as the leading external attack surface intelligence platform amid rising regional cybersecurity demands.
With over 20 years in cybersecurity and enterprise technology, El Ouazzani brings proven scaling expertise from her tenure as Senior Regional Director at SentinelOne, where she built go-to-market operations, alongside leadership roles at VMware strengthening MENA channel networks and Cisco managing Middle East product sales for mobility. Her focus will target governments and enterprises shifting from perimeter defenses to proactive threat visibility through Censys’ real-time internet mapping of assets and adversary activity.
The appointment strengthens Censys’ META team with Rajaee Al-Dalgamouni as Regional Sales Director and Ahmed Ehlayel as Solutions Engineering Manager, supporting national priorities like ICS/OT protection via partnerships such as Rilian Technologies. Recognized for pioneering internet-scale mapping, Censys equips clients to monitor exposures and detect threats pre-exploitation, aligning with sovereign infrastructure needs.
